2. Orders and Payment
Orders are accepted once payment has been successfully processed. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Product Quality and Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within the timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and notify us of any issues within 14 days.
4. Refunds and Returns
Photographic products are made to order and are non-returnable except where the product is defective or differs materially from the description. If your order is defective, please contact test@saulisaac.com within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Intellectual Property
All photographs supplied through https://saulisaac-shop.liteflow.co.uk remain the intellectual property of Saul Isaac Photography (Staging). Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright. You may use the photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
6. Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order, except in cases of death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Changes to these Terms
