1. Who We Are
Saul Isaac Photography (Staging) ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for personal data collected through https://saulisaac-shop.liteflow.co.uk. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
You can contact us about anything in this policy at test@saulisaac.com or by post at {{tenant_address}}.
2. What Data We Collect
When you place an order with us we collect: your name, email address, billing and delivery address, phone number (optional), payment information (handled directly by our payment processor — we never see your card details), and the photo selections you make from your gallery.
When you visit the site we may also collect: technical information about your device and browser, and information about how you use the site (see "Cookies" below).
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: fulfil your order, communicate with you about your order, comply with legal and accounting obligations, and (with your consent) to send you occasional service updates. Our lawful basis for processing is the contract between you and us (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR) for order fulfilment, and your consent (Article 6(1)(a)) where marked.
4. Sharing Your Data
We share your data only with the suppliers we need to fulfil your order: our print lab, our payment processor (Stripe), our shipping provider, and our hosting platform (Liteflow). We do not sell your data and we do not share it with marketers.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep order records for 7 years to meet UK tax and accounting obligations. After that we anonymise or delete the data. Photographs you purchase are kept available for download for the period stated at the time of purchase.
6. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, and request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights please email test@saulisaac.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
7. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies (which allow you to log in, place orders, and use the cart) are set without your consent because the site cannot function without them. Other cookies — for analytics, marketing, or third-party widgets — are only set with your consent via the cookie banner shown on your first visit.

9. Changes to this Policy
You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the "Manage cookies" link in our footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing done before withdrawal.
Photographs of children are taken with the consent of the relevant school or organisation. We process personal data about children's parents and guardians, not about the children themselves, except as required to identify the correct photographs.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version in force at the time of your interaction with us is the one that applies. Last updated: 2026-05-13.
